Independent Living

The Bethany Home Cottages allow residents the opportunity to stay active and independent as long as possible.  The Bethany Home provides thirty-eight independent living units at affordable rates. Application Information for Independent Living Facilities:
 
Policy: Upon residency, applicants must be 62 years of age or older and capable of independent living.
 
The Cottages are income-based housing, Life-Lease units are not.
