Bethany Home is foremost a Christ-centered home, guided by Christian values and reflected in the Christian fellowship shared by residents of all faiths. Since opening in 1911, with eleven residents, Bethany Home has grown as an enriching and rewarding residential community, offering comfort and security to those in their retirement years.
Bethany Home is a not-for-profit residence that is an affiliate of the Central States Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. A Board of Directors provides its leadership. Board members, who come from various denominations, are confirmed by the Central States Synod and serve without pay.
